Using a combination of business and technical expertise, with a deep and broad understanding of markets, technologies and economics, they provide solutions that their clients have relied upon for over 50 years.
Our client's parent company, an internationally recognized software, consulting and services leader that provides innovative solutions to utilities, energy enterprises, chemical companies and government entities worldwide, elected to separate from its non-US entities. For finance and human resources functions, they are globally using Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Fusion HCM.
Our client aspired to achieve a quick and clean separation, and they singled out Qubix from a down selection of several potential partners based on their agility, expertise and partnership attitude. We were engaged in late 2020 to provide advice and guidance on the optimal action plan for ensuring the business continuity of the ERP solution.

Timing and delivery of the carve-out were crucial and had to take place early in 2021. Alongside delivery, there was a critical need to ensure that data across entities was not visible, as this would have invalidated the business case and delayed the project.
